Matt allegedly got physical with his current girlfriend, Valerie Bell, in the parking lot of a Denny's in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, July 27, according to the arrest report obtained by TMZ. A second woman reportedly witnessed this and said Matt then got close exclusive dating agency Pennsylvania her and took her cigarettes, including one that was in her mouth, and threw them on the roof.

Officers say they then discovered a warrant for his arrest stemming from another alleged incident in April, according to court documents. He was still in custody as of press time and has a hearing scheduled for this week.
